About our history: Ralph S Foster began his business in 1924 selling automobile and homeowners policies. Scott Foster started working at the agency in 1972 after his father, Roger, peaked his interest in the insurance industry. He took over the agency in 1983 and years later, the family business is still growing and prospering.. As President, Scott W. Foster, CPCU, AAI, LIA, continues to actively seek new avenues and opportunities to serve clients. We pride ourselves in forming creative and competitive solutions for our customers’ needs.
